Return Policy

Upon receipt of your vitakids-estore.biz order, please review the contents as promptly as possible. If there are any quality problems or questions, kindly call or email our offices immediately upon receipt. We will review the issue and provide a return authorization or replacement if necessary. Please note that any returns or refunds due to quality or delivery problems must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 3 days after delivery. Our delivery center will not process any returns without proper and prior Return Authorization information. Vitakids Pte Ltd shall not be obliged to offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than quality problems (due to manufacturing defects, etc.), wrong delivery of item or damage sustained during shipping.

Books, CDs/DVDs and magazines may not be returned.

For the protection of our customers, we are unable to accept returns of any food item from overseas as we cannot resell any returned food item, regardless of its condition.

Customs and Taxes

We have to charge the prevailing goods and services tax (currently 7%) on all items purchased from this website if the delivery address is in Singapore. If the delivery address is to a location outside of Singapore, no goods and services tax is payable and you should click on the appropriate button to enjoy tax-free shopping. Vitakids Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes which may be imposed by the authorities of the country to which the goods are delivered. These shall be borne by you.

Errors & Omissions

We are not responsible for typographical errors or web design related text errors. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notification.

Ordering

All goods put up for sale on this website are merely intended by us as invitations to treat, i.e. online shoppers are invited to make offers to buy them at the prices indicated therein. Vitakids Pte Ltd is therefore not obliged to sell goods to anyone and everyone willing to pay for them.  We reserve the right not to sell to any online shopper without having to assign any reason therefor.  In particular, we reserve the right not to sell if there was a mistake made concerning pricing, product description or where the goods concerned have been sold out or are out-of-stock.  It is only when we accept your order that a binding contract of sale exists between us.

Vitakids Pte Ltd is not able to offer backorders on products that are out of stock; therefore you must reorder these items.

When placing your online order, be sure to review your payment method and shipping address carefully. If an order is entered with incorrect shipping information, we cannot be responsible for any delays or delivery problems.

On the 'Secure Ordering' screen, you will have the opportunity to verify the billing and shipping address you entered as well as your entire order including shipping costs. It is important that you check this information carefully and make any changes prior to entering your payment information. After verifying your order, enter your credit card information and click 'submit'.

The 'submit' button immediately puts your order into our shipping process, assuming your offer of purchase has been accepted by us. Due to the high volume of packages our delivery center ships on a daily basis, we are unable to add to, change or otherwise amend your order in any way after it has entered the shipping process.

Cancellations may be requested, but can be effected only if your order has not yet entered our shipping process. If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to contact our Customer Service Department at +65-63331237 or e-store@vitakids.biz as promptly as possible during regular business hours (from 11 am to 7 pm Mondays to Fridays) and communicate with a Customer Service Representative directly. They will advise as to whether or not your order can be cancelled.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and for all local and overseas orders. For local orders, we also accept payment by crossed check payable in Singapore dollars.

Shipping

For overseas orders, we are using a shipping cost schedule that is based on the weight of the products in your cart. When available, you will have the possibility to select different types of shipping service.

Online orders received before 1:30 pm Monday through Friday, will begin processing that same day. All orders received after 1.30 pm Monday through Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the next regular business day.

All overseas orders are shipped by Singapore Post’s (SingPost) SpeedPost Air Parcel service from our delivery center in Singapore and are insured and tracked. The tracking number will be provided to you via email immediately after the order has been shipped. Standard SingPost shipping delivery times vary from 6-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays, depending on destination. Further delay may be caused by the customs authorities of your country for which we and SingPost cannot be held responsible.

Please note that the timing indicated is a guideline only. These times can vary depending on several factors, including adverse weather conditions, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Packages do require a delivery signature; if there is no answer at your residence when the package is delivered, at the discretion of the postman, the package may be redelivered or a note given to you for you to collect the package at the nearest post office. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional charges that your local postal agency may impose for redelivery of the package.

For deliveries within Singapore, we use a courier service that typically delivers the package within 1-3 days of receipt of order. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you to arrange the best date and time for delivery. Local delivery charges are based on the value of the purchase and are as follows:

Above S$180:  Free

For security reasons, please note that Vitakids Pte Ltd is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

There is a maximum shipping weight of 10 kilograms or value of S$2,000 applicable on this website.

International Orders

At this time we are shipping orders to International addresses in the following countries: Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia, China, India, Japan, Pakistan and Vietnam.

Minimum Order

The minimum value of purchase on this website is S$50.
